Here's how to get started:

1. Click on "Register Here" next to the login.
2. Enter your personal information to confirm your identity (in case of registering dependents, please use member SSN and dependent date of birth.)
3. Review and confirm your personal details.
4. Use a valid email not used before to create your account.
5. Read the terms and conditions, check the box, and click "Continue".

Save the portal to your phone's Home Screen:

1. Open this portal in your mobile device's web browser.
2. Tap the Share button (the square with the upward arrow).
3. Select "Add to Home Screen".
4. Tap "Add" to place the portal on your Home Screen.
5. Open the portal from your Home Screen just as you would a mobile app.
