4. Use a valid email not used before to create your account.
5. Read the terms and conditions, check the box, and click "Continue".

Transparency in Coverage

Transparency in Coverage regulations require group health plans, like yours, to make available machine readable files (MRFs) that contain the negotiated rates for in-network providers and allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out-of-network providers.
